Clarity before your first appointment

Private-pay integrative clinics often operate out-of-network so clinicians can dedicate full 50- to 60-minute sessions without insurance-mandated time limits. However, many PPO health plans reimburse a percentage of out-of-network behavioral or medical visits.

How a Superbill works

After each visit (or at the end of the month), your clinic provides an itemized receipt called a Superbill containing standardized procedure and diagnosis codes. You submit this document directly through your insurer’s member portal for reimbursement according to your plan benefits.
